“…we’ve only learnt to appreciate this potential over the last few years” 

It is fantastic to see how many brands are starting to join these movements. But a small part of me always wonders how much it is truly reflective of an internal culture. Should you have to shout about it on a specific week if it is already how you operate?

One brand that got it right, was HSBC. It is refreshing to see a brand share the many facets of Neurodiversity.

Difference should always be a strength and not a weakness.

I have dyslexia and have forever feared that if I tell people I would be treated like this.

Well done HSBC!
